Our Aerial Marker Plates are fabricated of .o5o Aluminum and screenprinted with the number or directional arrow that you choose.  Typically, the marker brackets are placed on the post, aligned to the proper direction, then the plates are attached with aluminum pop rivets, or Tek Screws, and you are done for years to come.  If any number gets shot-up, simply replace the plates that are damaged.
